Offroad Expedition Pty Ltd – Return Policy

At Offroad Expedition Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality offroad accessories and ensuring our customers are satisfied with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
  • The item is returned with original packaging, including manuals and accessories.
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided.

Please Note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply on some items.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or becomes faulty within the warranty period:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide photos and a description of the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the nature of the fault.

3. Incorrect Items Received

If you receive the wrong product:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a free return and send you the correct item at no additional charge.

4. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or special-order products.
  • Items that have been used, installed, or modified.
  • Clearance or "final sale" items (unless faulty under warranty).

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
